Real Estate is WOW... do you agree

I am new to Real Estate ummm should I say Real Estate Deals or Real Estate Business, anyways, is it worth it? What is best way to learn? I have attended couple of EWI seminars and am impressed with the knowledge instructors have. I am looking forward to make inroads here. Kindly share your thoughts/ideas etc. Thanks folks.
